Chase did SO much more than just electrical. The 120 year old house needed a complete electrical rewire. Plumbing needed seeing to and he contracted that out and project managed for me. Walls needed to be fully rebuilt due to age and the electrical access. Identified a dodgy gas line. Fixed any odds and ends that came up. The reason this is so important is that this was my parents house that I now own because they passed away. I needed it ready to rent to my parents friends. I live 2 hours away and was never on site and did not have time. Chase worked directly with my renters on cosmetic items but otherwise worked totally independently. He is EXTREMELY trust worthy. He communicated anything I needed to know and was very responsive. All the work Chase did, and his assistance and understanding of the situation, was invaluable. It’s amazing to trust someone to be in a house full of all your parents things and know that they will be honest, careful, and respectful. You should be grateful if you get him on a project for you.

I contact 5 electrical contractors in the area using Angi’s list to provide me quotes on installing electrical baseboard heart in my finished basement. All 5 contractors called me back and set-up appointments to come out and provide a quote. However CL Construction Services, LLC was the only one to actually show up and provide that quote. Chase was very responsive and easy to work with the final payment was less then the quote (woohoo what a win)!. The work Chase performed was top quality and the installation was professional done. I would use his services again, and would recommend his company to all of my family and friends. GREAT JOB CHASE!

Chase upgraded my home to 200A electrical service. He coordinated with Eversource and kept me informed of progress. The work completed on-time and the work area left clean. The lines in the new panel are bundled and annotated for purpose. Watching while he finished the project, the panel is a work of art.

Chase is super professional and a great guy to work with. He installed us a Tesla wall a charger and extended 60Amp/240V line from panel to garage for an EV. I highly recommend him for professional electrical services. I plan to upgrade my electric panel soon with him.

Chase brought my house back from the 70s by removing the popcorn ceilings. While doing so, Chase also added LED recess lighting, fans, and switches throughout the house.
